Yes. You build the agents by describing what you want in plain English. Claude helps with the build, and our experts guide you through the process.

If you can use a laptop, install programs, and explain how your business works, we encourage you to join.

You’ll build your AI agents using Claude Console, a platform from Anthropic, the company behind Claude. This is where you set up your agents, give them instructions and connect them to the tools they need to complete tasks for your business.

Once built, your agents are hosted securely online using Claude Managed Agents. This means they can run independently and keep working even when your laptop is closed. You don't need to manage your own servers or technical infrastructure.

During the program, you’ll also connect your agents to specialist tools that help them do more.

For example, in Lab 3, you'll use DataForSEO to research search trends and opportunities to attract customers. In Lab 4, you'll use Crustdata to research potential customers and support your sales efforts.

You’ll work on your own business, so you can take the builds as far as your skills allow.

Before the program starts, you’ll complete a short assessment so we understand your experience. If you already know your way around AI tools, you can move faster and build more advanced agents. If you’re newer to it, you’ll get more support.

The program takes 18–20 hours of lab time.

Sydney and Melbourne cohorts complete four half-day sessions. Adelaide completes the program across two full days.

If you miss a lab, you’ll still have access to the program resources, your cohort Slack channel and weekly check-ins to help you catch up.

You need to bring your own laptop rather than a locked-down work device. Your laptop should have:

• macOS or Windows 10/11 on x64
• At least 8 GB of free disk space

Before your first lab, you’ll also need to:

• Have an active paid Claude plan
• Install Claude Desktop
• Setup an account for Claude Console
• Complete Claude 101, which takes around 2.5 hours
